US Customers – Important Shipping Change

Starting August 29 2025, President Donald Trump’s administration has ended the US “de minimis” rule. This means every parcel entering the U.S., no matter how small, will now be hit with import duties that increase costs for American consumers.

We've been forced to suspend shipping to US customers while awaiting additional information on how to collect and pay these fees, at this time no clear information on how to comply with these new processes has been provided.

We’re just as frustrated as you are, and we’ll continue to look for ways to reduce the impact on our customers.
